Refund policy

We want you to love your Amara purchase but if an item doesn't suit you, you may exchange it for another item or a store credit within 7 days of having received your order. We do not issue refunds at this time. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

At this time ALL bodysuits, dresses and sale items are FINAL SALES.

All other items are eligible for a return and must meet the following conditions: item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, be unworn, unused, unaltered and MUST HAVE tags attached. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping is not refunded nor added to store credit and is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us outside the 7-day time limit will be refused.  

*Please keep a copy of your receipt with a tracking number once you ship your return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. You can ship back your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Damages and issues
We take pride in inspecting every individual item we ship. We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us at that time if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to amarabtq@hotmail.com and we will do our best to place the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges do depend on item availability and are not guaranteed. 

Store Credits
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved. If so, you’ll be issued store credit via email. Once you receive your store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future purchase. Store credits cannot be used toward shipping costs, only applicable on merchandise.
